At Cricket Hill Ranch, we cater to couples looking for a quiet yet luxurious country setting to host their wedding.
We offer something special for both the bride and groom. Each of you can enjoy your own stress free private spaces while you prepare for your perfect wedding day together.
The bride’s room is luxurious with a gorgeous full bath, huge closets and three additional vanities for your attendants to use. The Private terrace off the bride’s room is a great place to relax and grab some air while you prepare.
For the groom we also built a private suite and terrace but, gave him the added bonus of the Game Room. The Game Room is complete with pool table and TV’s to help him compose himself on the biggest day of his life.
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding the first week of June which took place at Cricket Hill Ranch. I don’t have enough great things to say about this venue. The girl’s suite was incredible. We had an open area to lounge, personal mirrors and plenty of space, plus a giant bathroom and closet (what more could a girl ask for?!). My favorite part of the girl’s suite was the balcony that overlooked the entire outdoor venue. It was beautiful. ~ Megan Caruso
This is your big day, your big event, it should feel like it. Our philosophy at Cricket Hill Ranch is for you to be relaxed and stress free, so we will not herd you in and out. We want you to enjoy our peaceful venue all day long. You will be able to arrive as early as 11:00 am on the day of the event and stay and celebrate until midnight.
During your stay you will have the use of the entire facility. This includes the lovely Bride’s Room, the relaxing Groom’s Room, the fun Game Room, all three Terraces, the Indoor and Outdoor Kitchens and of course the Great Room (which seats 160 guests).
Cricket Hill Ranch now includes a premier wedding coordinator service for all of our wedding events. These services include Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process. Unlimited phone & email communication (from date of contract) and advice on how to personalize your wedding.
We allow you to bring in your own beer, wine and liquor for your event, however it must be served by one of our TABC bartenders for your safety and the safety of your guests (a small fee applies). We also provide an additional Insurance policy, but ultimately you are responsible for your guests.
Tables & Chairs
At no extra charge we include all the tables, chairs and linens in your rental fee.
You receive 300 white wedding chairs, 20-60” rounds, 8-6’ buffets, 10 tall cocktail tables and white linens for all.
This venue was seriously a dream! We had some great weather day of the wedding, which obviously helped, but the venue itself was the perfect setting for Courtney and Gable’s wedding. The bridal party suites (one for the bridesmaids and one for the groomsmen) were perfect – us bridesmaids spent the morning drinking mimosas and getting ready in the large bathroom, lounging in the comfy chairs, and taking photos out on the upstairs balcony that overlooked the ceremony area and had beautiful views all around. ~ Kristen Beals
You may utilize one of our recommended local caterers or use your own caterer, who will surely fall in love with our state-of-the-art kitchen.
You will also be allowed to bring in your own beverages, including alcohol.
Wedding Rehearsal / Rehearsal Dinner
You are allowed one hour for your rehearsal a few days prior to your event. We offer a rehearsal dinner package for an additional charge. Contact us for pricing options.
Finally, prior to your wedding event, you may bring in your wedding photographer to utilize the facility for a bridal photo session. We will schedule up to two hours of access to Cricket Hill Ranch for your photo session, including the private garden, or one of the 2 Juliette Balconies overlooking the great room.
