In honor of National Siblings Day we wanted to shed some insight on picking the maid of honor when you have multiple sisters. This can be tricky because you are dealing with family and you want to keep the peace, but you have to go with your gut. If you are truly more comfortable sharing everyday life events with one sister over the others than that should be your maid of honor. If you feel they are pretty evenly matched then split the duties. Maybe one sister can stand next to you during the ceremony and hold your bouquet and the other sister can plan your bachelorette party and give the toast at the wedding. You can always have a best friend be the maid of honor and let your sisters be bridesmaids. The important thing to remember is that there are no right or wrong ways to do this. If you want both/all sisters to be the maid of honor then go for it. Picking and choosing is never easy, but they are your sisters and in the end those bonds are stronger than the order they stand in at the ceremony.
